Our state-of-the-art facilities are available for rent for tournaments and events. We offer full-day or by-the-hour bookings. Rates varying depending on your needs. Please see the information below for more details
Rental Rates & Requirements
- Full day rentals of the full gym (1-4 volleyball courts or 1-2 basketball courts) if the athletic department is directly hosting an event (eg. OBA or OVA Tournament) is $1,200.00 + HST.
- Full day rentals of the full gym (1-4 volleyball courts or 1-2 basketball courts) to events not hosted directly by Niagara College is $1,200.00 + HST plus one staff member at $25.00 per hour.
- Full day rentals of ½ gym (1-2 volleyball courts or 1 basketball court) $750.00 + HST plus one staff member at $25.00 per hour.
- By the hour rentals of the full gym (1-4 volleyball courts or 1-2 basketball courts) if the athletic department is directly hosting an event (eg. OBA or OVA Tournament) is $150.00 + HST per hour. Minimum 4-hour rental.
- By the hour rentals of the full gym (1-4 volleyball courts or 1-2 basketball courts) to events not hosted directly by Niagara College is $150.00 + HST plus one staff member at $25.00 per hour. Minimum 4-hour rental.
- By the hour rentals of ½ gym (1-2 volleyball courts or 1 basketball court) $75.00 + HST plus one staff member at $25.00 per hour. Minimum 4-hour rental.
- All rental rates include set up prior to the event and tear down after the event.
- Booking groups are responsible for following gymnasium rules, protocols and cleanliness of the facility.
- Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Niagara College in the amount of $5,000,000 required prior to event.
- Cancellation of services at least seven days in advance will be penalty free. Cancellation of services within 48 hours of the event, is subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of service.
