November 26th, 2019 ... WELLAND - Kaisen MacKinnon and Kennon Larmand have been named the Niagara Knights Athletes of the Week for November 25-29th, sponsored by NCSAC The Core and The Armoury.
MacKinnon, a transfer from Acadia University, was nominated by head coach Chris Rao for her performance in her team's first win on November 21st. The Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia native netted a game high 20 points. MacKinnon is currently enrolled in Sports Management at Niagara.
Larmand returned to action this week after missing the better part of the first half of the season due to injury. In just his first two Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) games, Larmand had a combined points total of 29- with 17 of them coming from his first game back in his team's 79-71 loss to Redeemer. Larmand is a first year player from Welland enrolled in Fitness and Health.
