The Niagara Knights men's basketball program closes out their 2017-18 regular season hosting the Sault Cougars (0-18, 11th OCAA West) in back-to-back homes games Friday, February 16th and Saturday, February 17th. Niagara currently sits in a three way tie with Fanshawe and Lambton for 4th spot in the OCAA West Division with records of 11-7. The Knights hope that success this weekend can bring them some confidence heading into this year's OCAA Championships.
Heading into the Playoffs, the Knights will continue to rely on the impressive play from their star guards Levi Mukuna (Hamilton, Ont.) and Van Hutchinson Jr. (Nassau, Bahamas). The duo currently lead the Knights in scoring this season, averaging 19.3 points and 17. 3 points respectively.
The weekend series at Welland Campus Athletic Centre begins Friday, February 16th at 8pm, and then picks up again Saturday, February 17th at 3pm.
