PREVIEW: Knights look to break .500 in matchup against Condors

The Niagara Knights men's volleyball program (4-4, 6th OCAA West) looks to turn the page on 2017 when they host the Conestoga Condors (4-6, 7th OCAA West) Saturday, January 13th. The previous matchup between the two programs saw the Knights come storm back from a 3-1 deficit to claim the thrilling 5 set victory.

Knights' first year outside hitter Jaydon Milne has been solid in the first half of the 2017-18 campaign, finishing with a team-high 3.3 points per set. The Knights will heavily rely on the rookie from Scarborough, Ontario if they hope to stay competitive in the OCAA west division.

If the Knights hope to earn their first victory of 2018, they must shut down Conestoga's 4th year outside hitter Wesley Lau. Lau has been impressive for the Condors in the first half of the season averaging 4 points per set, good enough for 7th in the OCAA.

Tip-off between the two west division rivals is set for 3pm at Welland Campus Athletic Centre.
