NC POWERLIFTING CLUB
For the first time Niagara College is offering a Powerlifting club. Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. This involves the athlete attempting a maximal weight single-lift effort of a barbell loaded with weight plates.
We are looking for committed individuals, who take strength training seriously, and or want to learn about taking their strength to a new level and represent Niagara Knights at the Collegiate Recreation Meet in 2025. Contact Jess Mazzonello at jmazzonello.niagaracollege.ca
