Saturday, November 23rd will see the Niagara College women's basketball program face the Redeemer Royals at the Redeemer Athletic Centre. A victory will see the 5-1 Knights move into a tie for first place in the OCAA West Division.
Heading into the matchup, Knights head coach Mike Becarria commented "Redeemer is a good team that can really play. The OCAA West Division is very strong, and our game on Saturday will be one of our toughest of the season."
The Knights utilize a team-based approach using at least a nine player rotation in each of the team's games. Five different players have led the Knights in scoring during the team's fist six games of the 2013-14 season.
Tip-off is set for 1:00pm and the Niagara College men's basketball program is set to face the men's Royals team at 3:00pm.
