The Niagara Knights women's basketball program looks to extend their winning streak to two Wednesday night when they host the visiting Conestoga Condors (3-10, 9th OCAA West). The last meeting between the two programs resulted in a 61-49 road victory for the Knights.
After posting a 22 point performance in Saturday afternoon's win over Redeemer, Knights' 5th year guard Courtney Kilyk (Fonthill, Ont.) must continue to score if the program hopes to leave Wednesday with a crucial 2 points.
If the Knights hope to find success Wednesday night, they must find a way to shutdown the Condor's duo of Megan White (Waterloo, Ont.) and Jamila Beckford (Kitchener, Ont.). The duo has been the core of the Condor's offence this season, averaging 16.8 and 16.2 points respectively.
Tip off at the Welland Campus Athletic Centre is scheduled for 6pm.
