Preview: Knights look for 2nd straight victory in road game against Mohawk

The Niagara Knights women's basketball program looks to extend their winning streak to two straight when they travel to Hamilton, Ontario tonight to face off against the hometown Mohawk Mountaineers (12-1, 2nd OCAA West). The Knights currently sit at 4th spot in the OCAA West Division with a record of 7-4.

The Knights enter tonight's game looking for revenge over the Mountaineers after losing 70-65 in the program's season opener.

If the Knights hope to defeat the Mountaineers, they must rely on a big offensive performance from their 5th year guard Courtney Kilyk (Fonthill, Ont.). Kilyk was impressive for the Knights in their latest 84-57 victory over the UTM Eagles, leading the Knights in both points (12) and assists (8).

Tip-off for tonight's game is scheduled for 6pm.
