PREVIEW: Knights looking to extend win streak to two against Redeemer

After a three point effort Saturday afternoon against the Lambton Lions (0-5, 6th OCAA West), the Niagara Knights women's soccer program (1-3, 4th OCAA West) aim to extend their winning streak to two as they head into Ancaster to square off against the hometown Redeemer Royals (0-4, 5th OCAA West).

Knights' rookie striker Michelle Maecker (Fonthill) enters the game as the team's leading goal scorer with two goals in four contests. Niagara will continue to look to her to get on the scoresheet early and often Tuesday afternoon.

After an impression OCAA goalkeeping debut, Niagara Knights' midfielder/goalkeeper, and current athlete of the week, Kaylee Boulley (Chatham, Ont.), hopes that her success in the Knight's 2-1 over the Lambton Lions can translate into success against the Royals.

The game between the Knights and Royals is located on the North Field at Redeemer's main campus on Tuesday, September 26th. Kickoff is at 6pm.
