PREVIEW: Knights look to ground the undefeated Hawks

The Niagara Knights women's volleyball program (4-1, 3rd OCAA West) will be looking for their 5th win of the season when they travel to Toronto, Ont. Wednesday, November 22nd to square off against the undefeated Humber Hawks (6-0, 1st OCAA West).  In last year's season series between the two west division programs, the Hawks swept the season series 2-0.

If the Knights hope to hand the Hawks their first loos of the season, they must find a way to shut down the outside Hitting duo of Breanna Golding (Pickering, Ont.) and Devon O'Connor (Milton, Ont.). The two Hawks are averaging 4.2 points and 3.7 points per set, good enough for 3rd and 5th in the OCAA.

After her 19 kill performance against St. Clair, Knights' captain Rachel Rivers will need another strong performance if her program hopes to earn the victory Wednesday night. The Cambridge, Ontario native has been dynamite for knights this season averaging a whopping 4.3 points per set, good enough for 2nd best in the OCAA.

The matchup between the two west division rivals is set for 6pm.
