Alphonse Aboud, born in Haileybury, Ontario, was the Director of Student Services during the College's infancy (1967-84).
He was involved in all aspects of student life including recommending that the college build proper athletic facilities, assisting in the development of athletic programming, and hiring the college's initial athletic staff.
On any given day you could walk past his office and find a group of students discussing yesterday's practice or last night's game.
Alphonse Aboud is clearly a builder of Niagara College's Athletics program.
