Rick Sinclair

Rick Sinclair grew up and lives in St. Catharines, Ontario. After starting his collegiate career as a power forward on the Niagara College Knights Men's Basketball team, Rick quickly gained the respect of his teammates, coaches, and opponents on the court after taking over the vacated point guard position.

He helped lead the Knights to their first ever Ontario Colleges Athletic Association Medal, winning a Bronze medal in the Division II final four championships in 1993.

His personal accomplishments include being named the OCAA All-Star game MVP in 1994; 3-point shooting skills competition champion; and First Team league All-Star. He led his team in scoring for three consecutive years from 1992-1994, was a two-time team MVP, and a receipient of the Athlete of Distinction Award.

In 1993, Rick was recognized for his outstanding leadership and accomplishments on and off the court by being named the Niagara College Male Athlete of the Year. That same year, he was the recipient of the Student Administrative Council Scholarship for excellence in basketball and academics. His most memorable moment was leading the Knights to the OCAA Division II Final Four Championships and winning bronze.

Rick graduated from the Numerical Control Machinist and Machine Shop programs.
