Kaitlyn McKenna

Kaitlyn McKenna is one of the most decorated student-athletes in Niagara College history. A four-time Team MVP, she led the Knights in scoring five times, was consistently among the top three scorers in the OCAA, and in 2008 her 230 points led the province in scoring. Kaitlyn finished her career as the Knights all-time leading scorer and her 970 points placed her third on the OCAA All-Time Scoring list. She was named an OCAA Western Region first-team all-star in four seasons, and a second-team all-star in another. In 2007-2008, Kaitlyn became the first Niagara College female athlete to be selected as a CCAA All-Canadian. Her additional honours include Niagara College Female Rookie of the Year, OCAA West Region Rookie of the Year, an OCAA All-Academic, and a CCAA Academic All-Canadian. She also received the Niagara College Athlete of Distinction, Fourth Year Recognition, and women’s basketball Leadership awards. Kaitlyn is a two-time Niagara College Female Athlete of the Year award winner and is a graduate of the Business Accounting and General Arts and Science Programs.
