Steve Stone is a former OCAA volleyball student-athlete and coaches both the Niagara College Knights men’s and women’s volleyball programs. A proud product of the OCAA, Stone brings elite collegiate playing experience and a deep understanding of high-performance volleyball into his leadership role at Niagara College.

As a player, Stone was a two-time OCAA All-Star and a two-time CCAA Academic All-Canadian, reflecting excellence both on the court and in the classroom. He helped lead his teams to significant competitive success, earning OCAA men’s volleyball gold and silver medals and a CCAA men’s volleyball bronze medal. Known for his versatility, Stone spent three seasons as a left-side attacker before transitioning to the setter position for his final two seasons, showcasing a high volleyball IQ and adaptability at the collegiate level.

Stone is focused on building a culture of accountability, relentless work ethic, and continuous growth. He emphasizes holistic student-athlete development, blending competitive excellence with leadership, character, and academic success. Under his guidance, the Knights continue to strengthen their identity, competitiveness, and presence within the OCAA and the broader volleyball community.
