Roseanne 'Rose' DiMarco of Welland, Ontario was described as the girl who sparked most of the Niagara College Knights Women's Basketball team victories.
In her first year, Rose showed great will and determination in leading the Knights to a league title and her being named Female Freshman of the Year at Niagara College. After averaging 14.7 points per game in her second season, she was selected an OCAA First Team All-Star.
In her final season of 1984 - 1985, she was honoured with the Niagara College Knights Female Athlete of the Year and the Athlete of Distinction Awards. Being chosen as an OCAA First Team All-Star was her most memorable moment.
Rose graduated in 1985 from the Law and Security program.
