PROCEDURE FOR NOMINATION

1. Nominations shall be made on official nomination forms and submitted to the selection committee. This form shall contain the fullest possible data concerning the record and merits of each candidate.
2. All Nominations submitted will be considered for election in the year nominated and succeeding years. Nomination forms of nominees not elected to the Hall after being considered for five years, maybe be placed in an inactive file at the discretion of the Selection Committee. Any nomination placed in said file may be retrieved for consideration by the Selection Committee upon the request of a committee member.

All nomination forms must be completed in full and submitted to Michele O'Keefe, Director of Athletics, and Ray Sarkis, Intercollegiate Coordinator.
