November 30,2022...WELLAND - The Niagara Knights Men's basketball program will host the Humber Hawks in a must-watch matchup at the Welland campus gym Thursday December 1st at 8:00 p.m. The Knights are looking to bounce back coming off a devastating 2-point loss against Mohawk last Thursday.
The 5-3 Knights are looking to close out the first half of the season with a big win against the Hawks, who are currently on a three-game winning streak and also sit at (5-3), on the season.
Niagara has had solid performances from several Knights so far this season. Fourth-year mechanical techniques major, forward Delory Grandison is averaging a double-double with an incredible 15.3 PPG and 11.3 RPG this season. Kennan Larmand is also playing a huge role in the Knights success this season. Larmand is currently averaging an impressive 13.4 PPG with excellent shooting splits shooting of 49.4 FG%, 45.9 3PT%, 85.7 FT%.
The matchup will be the Knights last game before the season comes to a halt for the Christmas break.
