October 20, 2016The Niagara Knights women’s soccer team (3-5-2, 4th OCAA Central) will travel to Sudbury on Saturday to open the playoffs against the Cambrian Golden Shield (10-2-0, 2nd OCAA East). It is the second consecutive playoff berth for the Knights, who are seeking the first postseason victory in program history. -

They now head into a home-and-home series with the Seneca Sting (2-0-2, 3rd OCAA Central), who the Knights are locked into battle with in the OCAA standings. -

September 30, 2016For their second consecutive match, the Niagara Knights women's soccer program (2-1-2, 3rd OCAA Central) held their opponents off the score sheet. The Knights defeated the George Brown Huskies (1-5, 5th OCAA Central) by a score of 5-0 on Thursday night for the second time this season. -

September 26, 2016The Niagara Knights women's soccer program (1-1-2, 4th OCAA Central) earned a scoreless draw against the visiting Sheridan Bruins (2-0-2, 2nd OCAA Central) on Sunday evening in Welland. Unable to find the scoresheet themselves, the Knights held the high-powered Bruins scoreless for the first time this season. -

September 15, 2016It was not the result they were hoping for, but the Niagara Knights women's soccer program (1-0-1, 1st OCAA Central) earned a 1-1 draw against the visiting University of Toronto Mississauga Eagles (0-0-1, 3rd OCAA Central) on Wednesday night in Welland. It was a marker by Kara Latham (Welland) in the late stages of the game that brought the Knights back even after trailing for the majority of the match. -

July 05, 2016The Niagara College Department of Athletics & Recreation is pleased to announce that Jessica Danku will be participating in the 2016-17 Canadian College Athletic Association’s (CCAA) Female Apprentice Coach Program (FACP). Danku will be joining the women’s soccer program to learn under mentor, and Knights head coach, Frank DeChellis. -

Hosted by the Niagara College Knights the event will feature 60 of the top boys and girls high school players from across the Niagara Region.
