Ryan Curran of Thornton, Ontario was named the Most Valuable Player for the Niagara College Knights Golf team for the 2011-2012 season. Curran was presented the award by head coach Jim Briggs at the 43rd Annual Niagara College Athletic Awards Banquet. The third-year Professional Golf Management major had three straight rounds of 76 (+4) at the 2011 OCAA Championships to finish tied for 13th place with four other golfers.
