YOGA WITH BARB
A class designed for all levels from beginner to advanced yogi. Barb's approach to yoga is very intuitive, being more interested in how you feel in each of the poses and the flow rather than the look of the perfect pose. If you have your own yoga mat, strap and 2 blocks please bring with you to class. If you don’t, that’s alright. We’ve got you covered! A typical class will start with breath work, warm up, core work and a flow. Barb is a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher.
