Thursday, March 2^nd will see the Niagara College women's basketball program open the 2017 OCAA Women's Basketball Championship at 6:00pm against the host Seneca Sting.

The two teams' last met on December 18^th during the annual Knights Invitational tournament in a game that saw the Knights emerge with a 74-47 exhibition victory.

The winner will advance to the OCAA semi-finals where they will face the winner of the 8:00pm game between the Durham Lords and Mohawk Mountaineers. The loser will be relegated to the consolation side of the tournament.
