The Niagara Knights men's golf team closed out their 2015-16 season with a sixth place finish at the Canadian University/College Golf Championship. The Knights fired a cumulative 27-over, 315 on the final day of the tournament at the Morningstar Golf Club in Parkview, BC.
The Niagara Knights men's golf team will enter the final round of the Canadian University/College Golf Championship in fifth place. The team shot a 11-over 299 in their third round to keep them in medal contention.
Another strong day at the Canadian University/College Golf Championship will see the Niagara Knights men's golf team in medal contention during the tournament's second half. The Knights improved upon their 1st Round score by one, firing a cumulative 12-over 300.
The Niagara Knights golf team is heading westward to take part in the 2016 Canadian University/College Championship in Parksville, BC. Running from May 31st to June 3 at the Morning Star Golf Club, the Knights will be competing against the best college and university programs that the country has to offer.
The Niagara College Department of Athletics & Recreation is pleased to announce that former administrator and coach Peter Rylander will be inducted into the CCAA Hall of Fame on June 7th. The induction ceremony will be held at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Toronto as part of the CCAA’s Annual General Meeting.
