Last minute heroics over Lambton send Knights to consolation finalMarch 04, 2016Day two saved all the theatrics for the final buzzer. The Mohawk Mountaineers used a second half comeback, and a late free throw, to eclipse the Algonquin Thunder 88-87 to advance to the OCAA championship for the second consecutive year. The Mountaineers victory sets up a championship rematch from last season, where the Mohawks fell 61-41 to the Humber Hawks.

Thunder overcome Knights to advance to semi-finalMarch 03, 2016The Algonquin Thunder took an early lead and hung on for a 70-56 victory over the hometown Niagara Knights to advance to the OCAA semi-final on Thursday night. The Thunder will now play the winner of the quarter-final between the Mohawk Mountaineers and Lambton Lions.

Humber Hawks win second consecutive OCAA championshipThe Humber Hawks defeated the Mohawk Mountaineers 71-43 on Saturday night to capture their second straight OCAA championship. The Hawks now advance to the CCAA National Championship at St. Clair College from March 16-19.
