Big Opening Half Not Enough to Subdue Hawks in 62-51 Loss

February 6, 2023...WELLAND - The Niagara Knights women's basketball team got off to a hot start in their Wednesday night tilt in Etobicoke against the undefeated Humber Hawks before ultimately falling 62-51.

Niagara jumped out to a quick 14-7 lead after the first quarter and continued to lead through the second.
