PREVIEW: Men's soccer to face Centennial in OCAA PLayoffs

For the third straight year, the Niagara College men's soccer program (3-5-2, 3rd Central) has advanced to the OCAA Playoffs. The Knights will hit the road to face the Centennial Colts (3-3-4, 3rd East) at 2:30pm on Sunday October 25th.

The Knights faced the Colts during the pre-season, and head coach Frank DeChellis feels his side "has a good idea of what to expect" from thier GTA opponent.

DeChellis continued "our guys are looking to make the final 8 for the third straight year. Playoff qualification has become an expectation, but now it's time to set our program's expectations a bit higher."

The Knights feature a deep a talented side that sees as many as 18 players touch the field in any given match. Their depth has been their biggest asset in 2015 as the team eyes their first OCAA Championship qualification in program history. The OCAA expanded qualification for the OCAA Championship from four to eight teams prior to the beginning of the season.
