The six-foot-four Suderman will enroll in Niagara College’s sport management program beginning in September. He joins a recruiting class that includes OVA All-Stars Will Walton and Jeremy Williams, and dynamic outside hitter Cole Jordan.
Standing at a towering six-foot-six, Walton will add size, skill, and natural athleticism to a Knights men’s volleyball program that has a record of 28-8 over the last two seasons.
Hailing from Whitby, the six-foot-four Williams made the journey to Niagara College’s Welland campus athletic centre to accept an athletic scholarship, and to be formally welcomed into the Knights family.
The Niagara College men’s volleyball program was eliminated from OCAA gold medal contention on Thursday night, suffering a hard fought five-set loss to the Durham Lords.
The Knights (14-4) enter the event as the OCAA West Division’s third seed, and will play the East Division’s second seeded Durham Lords (16-2) at 6:00pm on Thursday.
