The Niagara College men's and women's volleyball programs will open the second half of the 2013-14 season on Wednesday night when the teams travel to Oakville to take on the Sheridan College Bruins.
Both teams enjoyed solid starts to their seasons and will be looking continue their strong play into the OCAA playoffs.
On the women's side the Knights sport a record of 4-5 and sit in a tie for the sixth and final playoff spot in the strong OCAA West Division. The two teams last met on November 14th, and the Knights defeated the Bruins three sets to none. First serve is set for 6:00pm.
The Niagara College men's volleyball program is off to their best start in 12 years, opening the season with nine straight victories. The Knights (9-0) are currently the top team in the OCAA and are ranked fourth in the CCAA national rankings. The Knights defeated the Bruins 3-1 earlier this season. The men's match is set for 8:00pm.
