Men's Basketball 

Trying to put last week's two point loss behind them, the Niagara College men's basketball (1-3, 7^th West) program will be headed on the road for a two game series against the Sault Cougars (1-2, 6^th West). 

The Knights are off to a slow start so far in 2014 and will be looking to get back to .500 with a two game sweep in Sault Ste. Marie.  When these teams played last season, the Cougars won both games in Welland.  Second year guard Tyrell Rogers (Mississauga, ON) scored 38 points in those two games.

The Cougars are coming off a 80-66 win over Cambrian College (0-3, 9^th West).  Cambrian was led offensively by freshman Joey Bruni (Sault Ste. Marie, ON) with a game high 27 points in 40 minutes of playing time.

Game one is scheduled for 8:00pm on Saturday, November 15^th.  Tip-off for the second game will be at 3:00pm on Sunday, November 16^th.

Player Watch:

#10 Delroy Grandison (Niagara): The first year Welding major is averaging 16 points and eight rebounds this season.  Delroy needs to play his game if Niagara wants to sweep these two games.

#7 Tyrell Hoyme (Sault): Ranked 13^th in the OCAA with 8.3 rebounds per game to go along with 15.3 points per game.
