A.N. Myer's Molly Taylor Commits to Niagara for 2020

March 11, 2020...WELLAND - The Niagara College women's basketball team has signed their fourth Niagara region recruit for 2020 with the commitment of A.N. Myer forward, Molly Taylor.

Taylor will be joining Niagara Juel team mate, Sydney Grummett in the blue and white next season after Grummet signed with the Knights back on February 16th.

Taylor was named a Top Ten zone 3 All-Star during the Marauders high school season, representing Niagara South in the Girls High School Basketball All-Star Showcase back in December

The future Knight made the decision to stay local for her post-secondary career, and will be studying in the Nursing program for Fall 2020.

"We are excited about Molly," said head coach Chris Rao during Taylor's official signing March 10th. "She is a great person and committed student. Molly is a very skilled player with good size and length and will add lots of versatility to our program moving forward."

Rao recently completed his first season as head coach of the Knights, finishing with a 4-14 record for 8th in the OCAA West.
