RECAP: Niagara unable to overcome Falcons in London

Unable to find their rhythm on Saturday afternoon, the Niagara Knights women's volleyball program (9-4, 3rd OCAA West) fell to the Fanshawe Falcons (10-3, 2nd OCAA West) in London.

The Knights were unable to muster any attack in the 3-0 (15-25, 20-25, 22-25) loss to the Falcons. The serving game of the Falcons proved to be too much for Niagara, as Fanshawe recorded 16 service aces in the match. Jasmine Thome (Kenora) and Rachel Rivers (Cambridge) each recorded nine points.

Niagara will look to rebound and maintain a hold on third place in the OCAA West division standings as they visit the Redeemer Royals (7-6, 4th OCAA West) on Friday night in Ancaster. The Knights will return home to the Welland Campus Athletic Centre on Saturday, February 6th as they welcome the Cambrian Shield (7-6, 4th OCAA West) and Sunday, February 7th against the Boreal Vipères (0-13, 11th OCAA West).
